Over the years The Cowshed has developed close relationships with the wealth of local producers and skilled merchants, and draw upon their expertise to develop seasonal menus based on redefining traditional British dishes.

As well as sourcing Meat from their own butchers, The Cowshed’s close proximity to their Brixham-based fish supplier and West Country producers allows the restaurants to update their menus regularly with the freshest ingredients.
